Terms and Conditions
- Campaign Date: 01/04/2026 to 30/04/2026
- Registration Period: 01/04/2026 to 30/04/2026
- Participants: All eligible Hantec Financial clients residing in SEA countries excluding Vietnam, Indonesia and Myanmar may participate in this campaign.
- Customers must complete registration or enrollment within the campaign registration period to be eligible to participate.

After Registering for the campaign, participants who meet the qualification criteria will receive
- - an additional 1% trading cashback based on the net profit of each closed profitable trade and
- - 2% trading cashback on the net loss of closed losing trades.
- The total maximum trading cashback any single client may receive during the entire campaign period is 3,000 USD.
- All eligible rewards will be calculated at the end of the promotion campaign and will credit the trading cashback to the client's account within 14 business days at the latest.
- This campaign only applies to trades executed through the MT4 or MT5 trading platforms.
- Hedging strategies are not allowed. If such a strategy is detected, the participant will be immediately disqualified from the campaign.
- During the promotion, Hantec Financial reserves the right to disqualify any participant, cancel or adjust any profits derived from improper trading activities, or terminate the client relationship if any breach of these terms is detected.

Breach behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Using the same IP address to conduct simultaneous trading
- Operating multiple accounts for arbitrage purposes (within Hantec Financial or across different brokers)
- Scalping strategies designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies
- High-frequency trading (HFT)
- Latency arbitrage
- Malicious hedging strategies
- Opening excessively large positions during trading hours
- Placing multiple similar trades resulting in single exposure
- Concentrated trading on a single product creating abnormal risk exposure - Hantec Financial reserves the right to disqualify any participant of the Campaign, if there is a suspicion of misuse or abuse.
- Hantec Financial reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions, and the right to extend or suspend the campaign.
- Clients participating in this event are considered to fully understand and accept the above terms. Clients found to have engaged in abusive behavior that damages the company’s reputation (e.g., posting false reviews, defamation, or spreading misleading information) may be subject to legal consequences.
- These Terms and Conditions are made in English. Any other language translation is provided as a convenience only. In the case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the original English text and the translation into any other language, as the case may be, the English text shall prevail.
